"This was an absolutely spendid property for a nine-day stay by my husband and I. Everything was as described and the setting was truly idyllic. We ventured out in multiple directions and were able to enjoy much of what this geographic area has to offer. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, and there's a nice private patio right outside the door. The view pictured is directly out the window of the living room. Dave was a welcoming and gracious host and made us feel right at home."

"We had a lovely stay. The house is beautiful, modern and very comfortable, and was very clean overall. The views from the front garden are beautiful, and we also loved the views from the upstairs bedroom windows.The first photo in the listing looks a little like Puzzlewood, which is about a 20-minute drive away. I think it may be described as being on the property’s land, although we didn’t manage to find anything quite like it around the house — perhaps we simply missed it! The surroundings and views are lovely in their own right though.Overall, a beautiful and very comfortable place to stay, and we really enjoyed our weekend."

The cottage had excellent facilities, was in a lovely location, plenty of parking, walks on the doorstep and the garden was secure for our dog which is extremely important. Next time we need some peace and quiet and a few good nights' sleep we will be back."
