We look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful rural retreat, Bojea Mill is a characterful barn which has been converted to a high standard. The barn is the perfect venue for a large family group and/or for friends to stay together under one roof; it is set in a beautiful rural location and has outstanding valley views, whilst being conveniently located only 2 miles from the coast. It is 2 miles from the historic harbour of Charlestown and only a short drive from Fowey and Mevagissey and the whole of St Austell bay. The barn is also ideally located for visiting a number of local attractions, including, the Eden project (10 minutes drive), The Lost Gardens of Heligan (4 miles) and Caerhays Estate and beach (11 miles).

As a self-catering barn, you'll find everything you need for your perfect stay. It has private on site parking and a large private garden with BBQ, garden table and chairs.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave a coffee maker & a full size table tennis table.
The barn is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

This barn has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8.
In the first bedroom (a family room), which can sleep up to 4, you"ll find a superking bed that can be converted to two singles, plus an additional single 'trundle bed' with a pull out single underneath. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed & cot if required.
The third bedroom contains a double bed.


There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom/ensuite, off the family room, has a sink and a shower cubicle and bath.
The second bathroom has a sink and a walk-in shower
The third, located off the kitchen, has a sink and toilet.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
