Large pool home with a yard comparable to a high end resort with a sparkling pool, swings, multiple sitting areas and a relaxing fire pit! The main home is meticulously decorated w/modern finishes, two bedrooms (one queen, one double with a twin trundle underneath), two full bathrooms and an adorable separate one bedroom villa with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. This home is fully fenced so bring your furry friend (20 lbs or less)! Home is recently updated with tons of amenities! All you need is your bathing suit! Only one mile from downtown St Augustine and a short drive to spectacular beaches! The home sits close to a school and other homes that have large lots. The area is going through gentrification. If you have any questions about the location please contact prior to booking!

Great for us

This house was close to where we wanted to go and where we needed to be for a family wedding.Rooms are big enough and kitchen served us well. The electric fireplace was a big hit on a chilly night.If ever in the area, this place would be highly considered.

Great weekend stay

The home is very clean and well appointed. The third best is not in the main house and had a musty smell. The property was a delightful surprise in the neighborhood. A good weekend getaway choice!

The house was beautiful. It had plenty of entertainment for adults and small children. The kitchen was well stocked and there was personal touches everywhere that made our family feel welcome. We will definitely keep this on our list of favorites.

Oasis

Gorgeous property, close to several restaurants and downtown area but just far away to be peaceful! Brought 2 of our pups, backyard area was perfect for them to run around. Kitchen was extremely stocked for anything and everything. There was also a very stocked outdoor kitchen too! Pool was incredibly clean with the rest of the property. Very cozy vacation spot. A home away from home.

Beautiful pool and backyard Oasis!

We completely enjoyed our weekend getaway at this beautiful pool home! Fully fenced in huge backyard Oasis with beautiful foliage, tropical trees, and large outdoor pavilion. Wonderful pool to cool off. This property was wonderful for entertaining outdoors. Cozy and clean unsade with plenty of space and lots of upgrades. Great covered front porch. Very accommodating and great for your pets! Thank you and we will definitely save this one as one of our favorites.

Weekend getaway

If you’re looking for a place to relax and reset with family and pets… this property is great. The backyard is the main attraction to the house. It’s perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Very kid and dog friendly. There is a lot of unique features to the property that is really nice to over all enjoy yourself. Only downside is the third bedroom is in a “guest house” setting… so only 2 bedrooms in the main house. We didn’t need the third bedroom, so it worked out perfectly. We had a few glitches, but the property manager is very responsive and helpful. Definitely would stay again.
