"We drove through some potholes on the highway and blew a tire. It was getting dark and I got really scared and worried so I phoned the motel and told him where we were. Ted drove 25 minutes and helped us and drove another 25 minutes back. He also provided lots of helpful advice so that we got to get the tire checked up and changed by a garage the next day. Also, the view and breakfast there were wonderful. We saw an iceberg right in front of our room! It’s also our pleasure to get to meet the granddog Finny! Thank you so much for the hospitality and kindness! It was a wonderful experience staying with you. We will visit again if we ever go to Pistolet Bay!

The owner was doing work on the outside of the building but stopped when we came so it was quiet for us. Told us good spots to eat and what to see, very helpful with any questions we had and easy to talk to. "
