The host provided truly outstanding service, personally meeting us with a map to explain local transport and supermarkets, and stocked the fridge with welcome treats like milk, sparkling wine, and ice cream. The apartment was immaculately clean and exceptionally well-equipped with abundant hangers, plenty of towels, comprehensive kitchen supplies, good condition iron/ironing board, umbrellas and laundry detergent – everything spotless and in great condition. Communication was excellent, with extremely quick replies to messages, and the room included a safe plus the stunning view was worth the price alone! Learning the host has a hotel background explains the first-class service and accommodation management – it genuinely surpassed our stays at a Dutch 5-star hotel and a Venice apartment. Outstanding value and quality – I cannot recommend it highly enough!"
