"My only disappointment was booked a room with balcony and pool view but got a room with a back alley view. On arrival showed my booking to the guy on reception and he said no room available!!"

"We statyed for 5 nights and the place is fantastic. Great location, close to the beach and tons of bars and restaurants in the community. The place is super clean and has all you need for a longer stay. The staff are super friendly, they do room service every day and they have very good breakfast every morning. They also have live music over the weekends at the roof top whcih was very nice. Highly recommended."

I politely asked if we can check in it was around 2 pm, we flew from Chicago and my 72 years old mom was with us but the answer was No, the room is not ready , we will check you in at 3 pm. Not a good customer service. Can do better "
