"House in a beautiful location. Very easy and accessible to beach, village and wonderful walks. St Agnes so picturesque. House is beautiful clean, incredibly well equipped. Family friendly. Host is also VERY helpful and really wants the family to have the best holiday. Which it was. Our third stay and it never disappoints."

"The location was perfect. However the views in the listing were inaccurate. We could not see the ocean from the back seating area as the hedge was overgrown. The table was not in great shape. Inside the beanbags provided in the living room were filthy as were the curtains and they were also ripped. The bathrooms were dimly lit and only 2 bedrooms had any hanging space. We still had a great family holiday, but the overall feeling of the property was tired and worn. Some TLC would go a long way."

"The Ope is in a brilliant location right in the centre of St Agnes, with everything you could need just a few steps away - the superb bakery is a particular highlight! The annex studio was a real asset for our teenagers. The property layout is quirky, and as the listing says it definitely wouldn’t work for those with mobility issues, but we enjoyed it. The bathrooms are clean and modern with great showers. There was a slight mix-up with check in but the host handled it brilliantly and we were really grateful for that."

"Very well equipped property and spacious. Great that there’s a bath as well had small children. As described the walk to the beach is doable but pushing toddlers back uphill in their strollers is not for the faint hearted! There is a weekly car park rate in Porthtowan which is worth considering if going to the beach each day. Great vibe & food in the Blue Bar in Porthtowan a must visit if you can. Twin beds mattresses & slats not comfortable but hopefully after our visit mid June they have now been upgraded!"

"What a beautiful cottage; it has been thoughtfully decorated and it felt so cosy and comfortable. It’s situated perfectly as a base to explore the Cornish coast. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back. "
