"I liked that the people there running it was really nice! Is a nice getaway for a short stay! What I didn't like about my stay is when they gave my room that I reserved for a reason to someone else all because they didn't want to sleep in the same bed! I reserved 2 queen beds for a reason! I had 3 people in my group and there so called upgrade for me was a bed and a couch and said they would bring us some wine for staying in that upgraded room but never brought it! Then the next day had to move...

"We had an amazing time. The house was wonderful. Fantastic view of the mountains, especiallt nice for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The furnitureif all nice and comfortable, kitchen ready for making family meals and cooking out at the pool."

"We absolutely loved it there. it has wonderful view during sunrise from the hills and cute backyard for my pup to run and play. Property is maintained well even though its a Mobile home. Well equipped kitchen. Great location. calm and peaceful. Be mindful of neighbours though, there was one guy who was not happy with us walking around as he thought we were intentionally there to disturb his dogs and horses."

"The home was exactly as advertised and met all of our needs. The location near Sequoia made it easy for our family of 6 to explore the park without having to venture too far at the end of the day. The home was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family. There was a maintenance issue with one of the showers and the responsiveness was incredibly quick. "There is nothing spectacular about the house. It functions as needed and serves its purpose. The back porch, on which you can see and hear the river, the river-side porch, on which you can get lost (in a good way) in the rush of the river, and the in-river accessible area (on a smooth rocky area, depending on the height of the river) is the reason to book this accommodation. The host responded to all messages/questions/issues quickly."

"We loved the river, running through the back of the property. Grandson loved playing down there. The house was very nice. The furniture in the living room was somewhat sparse, but I understand. The queen bed unfortunately, was so uncomfortable. My daughter couldn't sleep in it. Thank goodness for the sofa and the trundle bed. I loved everything about the house except the cleaning fee which was outrageous. For $180 a day cleaning fee they should have cleaned all the bugs out of the lighting...

"Great location and views of the river! Loved having an in unit washer/dryer and the rooms were clean. Downside was the furniture was old and somewhat dated. The kitchen appliances have seen better days, especially the coffee pot and toaster. The bathrooms were clean but the master bath shower/tub combo is sorely in need of a good update. Outside furniture and back patio need some updating as well. This was our first trip to the area and it was the location that sold us!"

"As a retired architect with dust allergies, I choose vacation homes based upon design and materials. This property did not disappoint with the bonus of a beautifully scenic location. The living room and upstairs bedrooms furniture have been rearranged from the locations illustrated in the photos. I like the photos better. A few minor cleaning and maintenance issues but not more than we usually find at other short term rentals. Overall, I would highly recommend."
