"Front desk was extremely rude. That wasn't the worst part, the room was filthy. Over 300 dollars and I wouldn't even shower in the room. Went to wipe up the carpet and there was red all over the towel. Who knows what it was. Just disgusting the entire room. Horrible experience all the way around I will never return back here. For $500. I think you spent with food for one night at this place we can go so many other places and get treated so much better and sleep in a clean place."

"The young lady at check-in was lovely - sweet, and then very apologetic when my kid found glass in the pool. The room, aside from the faint stain on the ceiling/humid closet that smelled like mildew, and the carpet that felt like too much soap was used during carpet cleaning, was fine enough. Bed was comfy. The water pressure was intense: finding a setting on the shower head that didn’t feel like I was being sand blasted was tricky, so kids got baths. I’m not one to complain, but once I noticed...

"Very clean grounds and room. Alyssa(sp) was wonderful at check-in. The only downside was our room keys were turned off at 10:30AM . Checkout is 11:00AM. We will definitely stay here in the future."

"We had a great 2 day stay for a wedding. The Governor had ample space, 2 bd 2 bath. So clean. Beautiful view of the lake. Close to everything in downtown Lake Geneva ... perfect!"
