"The property was what i expected from a 4 star hotel."

"The charged me over $350 worth of different charges along with the $125 incidental fee (which made sense) but the rest they said were an accident a would be removed. Still huge inconvenience. My room was dirty. Hair all over the floor. The front desk were not professional while checking in."

"Rooms are very very outdated. Beds are very old and even after being upgraded to a suite, the room was old and dirty. "

"The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, and I did not catch his name but the guy working the front desk on my morning of arrival was able to get me an early check in which was amazing considering I had been traveling since 3 in the morning. The bed is very comfortable and my only complaint would be I wish the room had a fridge, but overall a 10/10 experience. "
