"It was a nice, quiet hotel. Staff was pleasant."

"Well when I first arrived the young lady at the front desk was so nice and her customer service was amazing. I had to bring my dog with me so when I asked she assured me that it was okay. She gave me a gift bag and the room was so nice and clean. I only got to change clothes in the room due to a family emergency but the young lady once again made the leave sweet as possible. And even though I was charged for a night that I didn’t stay I really did not mind because she was understanding and never gave me an attitude. Thankyou so much"

"There were quite a few hiccups- including the room we booked not being available and us having to switch rooms. Breakfast was pretty sparse. But honestly, the friendliness of the staff made up for it. They were really nice and super helpful, despite being short staffed and under stocked."

"We stayed 2 nights. The elevator was broken, but the staff were quick to find us a 3rd floor option better than our original 5th floor room. The Breakfast was wonderful- Eggs, Sausage, Biscuits and Gravy, oatmeal, and more. The free cocktails and dinner meals were very good- tacos and BBQ pulled pork sandwiches. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We’ve been coming to this hotel for years to visit our son and so appreciate the warm staff and hospitality. Thanks so much! "

"It was very modern. The room was huge and clean also. I’m so glad I got a room here. "

"Thank God for Quality Inn. The hotel we were suppose to stay at called the morning of our trip to cancel our reservation because their elevator went out and their ADA accessible rooms were on the second floor. Only down fall with Quality Inn is their suites are on the second floor and elevator is small. One person and my dad In his wheelchair barely fit. "
