"We were unable to get towel on our second day at the hotel. We were given bath floor mats instead. On the morning we checked out, we left a pair of very expensive work boots in our room in error. We called the hotel at 9:30 am and said we would be back for them around 4pm. When we got back to the hotel we were told they were not in the room. No call no explanation. The front desk would not let us look in the room OR even call the room to ask if they could look around."

"Room was clean, we had a problem in our first room. The staff was very kind and fixed the problem. Breakfast was great, plenty of parking. Quiet clean place to stay."
