"When i checked in, the person at the front desk didnt even look up at me at all during the whole process. The tub is my room wouldn't drain so I removed the cover to find a massive amount of hair that followed. I cleaned that myself and it was fine. The room also smelt weird"

"The downtown location was perfect for after the Theatre. Lots of great restaurants and coffee cafes near by. The parking was free and avaliable. The suite was spacous and very clean."

"Great hotel to stay at. Clean, organized, welcoming staff. When checking in took awhile with only one worker at the service desk on the phone. Might need two people at times. But workers are happy and so accommodating."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. Parking was a 5 min walk away which was fine because it was free! The hotel is every centrally located to great restaurants."

"Staff were great and check in was smooth. We didn't use the amenities so can't comment. The restaurant was conveniently located in the hotel too. Only comment was the bed sheet quality and they were very starchy, bed was super comfortable though."

"We loved our stay at this property. We lucked out with getting one of the 4 parking spots close to the hotel, otherwise it wouldn’t have been convenient, especially as it rained during our stay. The Celebration room was spacious, clean and loved the high ceilings. We only stayed for I night so didn’t use the shower/tub but we thought we wouldn’t really enjoy the shower as it was hand held and the shower curtain would wrap around you in the oval tub. If you like baths it would be perfect. We love Stratford and this is a fabulous place to stay! Only other tip was don’t go on a Monday night as so many places are closed."

"The staff were very pleasant, and we were able to check-in early. Our Sigmund Freud theme room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The Library Bar has a very classic vibe and delicious cocktails. This hotel is a hidden, historic gem. I’d highly recommend it for business or pleasure."

"Excessive noise outside and inside property. Only basic channels on TV. Do not book if you’re looking for peaceful and relaxing weekend."
