"We had a comfortable stay and it is an easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We received complimentary drinks that we used at a neighbouring pub and as we don’t drink they gave us Coca Cola and a hot chocolate. Staff at the Quest also gave us a large umbrella each to use as it was raining when we arrived. Comfy room and easy access and very central."

"Central location walkable to dining zone and next door to City Hall and excellent tourism office. Grand historic building with museum quality decor, and lots of historic wall prints and memorabilia. Rooms comfortable, feel like you are back in the days when Mark Twain and royals came here to stay."
