"Not worth your money, even as a budget hotel. The place is actively under restoration, covered with scaffolding and loud with construction activity all day long. Amenities like breakfast and the bar are unavailable due to the renovations and only one elevator is in operation. Our room had a dank, damp smell to it, with visible black mold in the bathroom.
