"The 1st floor is partially in ground , surprisingly, was still bright and clean room also parking was also underground. Bit dated but cozy Keg was great as always!"

"It exceeded expectations. No indoor hot tub and it is far to get inside but they do provide bathrobes in rooms. Restaurant was really good food, service was good. Would recommend and would return. Nice neighborhood for walking etc. They do provide room service too even though it is not mentioned on the website. We had the fiah and chips and the rigatoni and tiramisu and tres leches and sticky toffee pudding. All dishes were excellent and would definitely recommend them all too! In the restaurant we ordered tempura shrimp and the mussels and scallops with a bottle of Lake Breeze wine from the Okanagan. All the excellent as well and don't have a problem ordering them again soon! Enjoy!"

"I was in room 258. My friend and I shared a room. We paid $1000 for a room (by the time hidden fees and taxes were added in), with a view of a WALL. The place was under severe construction. I needed a safety pin and front desk couldn’t find their complementary mending kits. The hand soap has holes in it and dissolves in your hands. While my friend drove her car and it fit below the hotel, I worried my suv would not fit. The parking beside the hotel that I was counting on was gone and housing is being built on it and behind the place the first day was completely full so I got an $55 parking ticket because my vehicle wouldn’t fit underground - and there is no parking anywhere! I parked a couple blocks away and walked not realizing I was in a residential zone. The only thing that made this better was a kind Asian check in woman who saw me in distress and helped me answer questions and allowed me to park in the back where this hotel posted on a big green sign that said “small car only - trucks will be towed away”. By this time I was grumpy, $55 poorer and had no where to put my vehicle. Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had in terms of value. "

"We stayed 6 nights in a 2-bedroom condo of this excellent property. Modern decor of fine workmanship. Had problem with internet on Day 3, and was quickly resolved after calling service support. Pre check-in communication informative and the process was a breeze. Kitchen and washer/dryer in top condition. Self-controlled humidifier impressive, and made a very comfortable stay. Construction activities nearby do create a dusty neighborhood that’s no fault of property management. Parking is underground in designated spot so no need to look for space each day. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bravo!"
