"The pool is always refreshing, it would be nice if the hot tub worked but I just spend a little more money and get a room with a Jacuzzi tub. The staff is always amazing and nice. It's the only hotel I will stay at when we have to travel to the area. The rooms are not only clean but they are a good size and very nice as well. "

"Everything was fine except the pool & hot tub were closed for repairs which really disappointed our granddaughter. The plans were that she would come over & use the pool with Grandma & Grandpa while we were visiting. "

"The room we got initially we had problems with the entry key not working. What a pain to experience. Finally had to take a different room and not what we registered for."

"Restroom door did not latch to close. Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful. Eggs and sausage were cold. Juice was so watered down it was undrinkable. No utensil to get waffles out of maker. Waffle batter was like water and would kit cook thoroughly. Many rude guests, especially at breakfast.Hotel wreaked marijuana in halls. I have stayed here previously and had better experiences. Not sure I will book again."

"The location and the outside area felt sketchy. Still thought we would give it a chance. The lobby looked nice. The room looked nice, however, there were ants in the bathroom and the blankets were stained. We decided right away that we just werent going to stay there. I went and checked out after only being there for 15 mins. When i told the guy at the front desk that we weren't going to stay and why, he didn't say anything, just checked us out on the computer and told me have a nice day."
