If you’re staying in a simple queen sized suite, you may want to make sure you’re okay with the possibility of kids being in the suite above yours because you can hear people running around a lot. Otherwise, the location of this resort was very convenient for Banff downtown and hikes. "

"This property was a great location for those looking for a little more quiet just outside of downtown Banff. Bikes were available to rent for a small fee and there was a paved trail to access town or to explore other areas in front of the property. We also really enjoyed the onsite pickle ball courts. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool was closed while we were there, and to be honest, I didn't even see where it was. Still, overall, a really nice stay. I would return if visiting Banff in the future. "

"Such a wonderful stay and experience!! The facility exceeded all of our expectations. The photos online did not do the property justice. It was so clean and felt/appeared brand new. The staff was welcoming. The dining room food was delicious. We enjoyed all three meals, mocktails from the bar, and room service. The staff member Beatrice became our best friend. We enjoyed our king suite with balcony. It was so peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable. We were extremely sad to leave. We will most definitely be returning!!"
