"Property was good but room was a little tired in places and the light and noise in the room at night was louder then I wanted. The location is good and it’s approx 15 mins walk to downtown where there are loads of dining options. "

"The hotel was less than a 10 minute walk to the Downtown Banff. The front desk staff was friendly. The hotel needs renovation. The loft rooms are unique and spacious; however, the bedroom is in the loft and you have to walk down a spiral staircase to go to the bathroom. "
