A perfect location and incredibly clean!

Our host Frane was very attentive and polite! He even arranged airport transfer for us on last day! Apartment was beautiful and very very clean! Will def stay again!

the hotel really don't have a facade but madeup for it by excellent location and comfortable accommodation with the fastest internet on the entire Balkans.

Frane met me at near by property and showed me to my room. Everything went smooth, without Frane's immediate response I would not have had the same experience. Once in the suite, it is clean and new and is in an excellent location as long as you are able to walk 15 minutes with your luggage from the airport shuttle bus.

First of all, Frane was the best! He was amazing in every way.. from promptly answering my numerous questions prior to the trip, to arranging our car pick up, to meeting us on arrival and for helping us with the luggage! The place itself is fautless.. the room was super clean and new, mattress and pillows the most comfortable ever, the shower pressure incredible and the nespresso machine a real bonus. We cant stop raving about it!!!

Wonderful stay

This place is absolutely amazing and all new! It has a feel of a boutique hotel, I loved the interior and it's spotless clean. Location is fantastic, and the area is full with many great restaurants and cafés. We checked in late, but the staff had it all ready and was super helpful

This suite was lovely!! Nothing but good things to say about the suite and the staff. I would definitely stay there again. It can get noisy but simply closing the windows takes care of that. Close to everything. AAA on this one!

Amazing!

This is really a gem in Split's old town. Location couldn't get better, it's literally in the centre of the old Town and (literally) a few seconds away from the seafront. Communication with the staff was very efficient. What blew me away was the decoration and luxury feel that the place has. I booked a room overlooking an old street, which was great and quiet. Great bed. Would come back.
