Great apartment to stay at in the heart of split! Clean and friendly. Safe and secure. The only thing is loud at night during tourist season, but tolerable. Overall, great experience and owner is very reliable.

Excellent position on waterfront at Split for this suite and close to arrival on bus from Dubrovnik so walkable on pedestrian road. A wonderful renovated suite for a couple and good arrangement for breakfasts in nearby hotel. Suzi very helpful with advice and written review of ancient Roman buildings close by. Arranged a car/driver to take us to airport after3 days and nights there.

By far the best property we have stayed in! Most gorgeous air conditioned apartment located right in the heart of Split. Suzana our host was so welcoming and helpful from pre planning trip to during our trip. She had so much information and tips and helped us with transport to and from the apartment to airport. Jere our driver was most helpful too! Would definitely book this wee gem again, the views from the apartment are stunning 😍

Suzana is an amazing host! Helped us with check-in, provided a ton of recommendations (inc. places to avoid). Very responsive throughout the process and even helped us get reservations. The place is as good as advertised...yes, the pictures are a real reflection of the unit. So spacious, so close to the action in Split. 5 min walk from Diocletians Palace. Don't believe our booking listed an elevator, but there is one at the property. Highly highly recommend

Yes, the apartment is the same it looks on the photos! Luxury on RIVA, I would call this apartment that has everything your heart desires in it - two baths, two TV's, two AC's, big bed, living room, fabulous view, etc. If you like the photos, go for it! You won't regret it. You'll basically be / live on the RIVA promenade. We will book again.

Excellent Property

As a property manager myself, I can be quite picky about vacation rentals. Suzana was a fantastic host. She met us at the apartment, gave a thorough tour of the property, discussed nearby attractions, and offered to make reservations for us. The apartment was in great condition. As other reviews have mentioned, the property is located a couple floors above bars and restaurants. With the shutters and windows closed, most sound is eliminated on most nights. We happened to arrive the day of one of their biggest festivals, and it was impossible to fully eliminate the noise that night. We loved that view of the water and the convenience of the location. Unlike other places we have stayed in Spilt, this property is served by an elevator (big enough to 2 people and luggage). Another nice feature is air conditioning (not always available in Split). We loved our stay, and would highly recommend that apartment, especially if you enjoy the night life.
