The apartment is situated on the first floor of a small residential building and it is ideal for reach the city center by foot in less than 5 minutes as well as the park-forrest "Marjan", only few hundred meters far away.

The accommodation has a large main living room with a double bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is completely equipped with stove, fridge, small freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery and all other necessary cooking utensils. The bathroom is with shower box and sanitary facilities, including also a washing machine.

Free WI-FI Internet connection, air conditioning/heating, LCD TV with international channels and NETFLIX all available in the apartment.

The beaches of the northern part of the Split peninsula are within 5 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment meanwhile the whole area is well equipped with sport facilities (basketball playgrounds, futsal, rent a bike, …) and playgrounds for children. The center of the town is less than 5 minutes on foot from the apartment, approximately 300-400 meters far away.
