Lovely apartment, just an issue with payment

The apartment was really nice and clean, good value for money, and the bed was really comfortable. The only things I could fault with the room is there was a fridge I was not expecting which would have been great, but it did not work properly and only kept water room temperature. I was also only given one toilet roll and my room was not serviced until the third day of my stay when I was only staying for four. When I booked through Hotels.com, it said pay at the property, which I assumed meant I could pay by any means I wish during check in. However just before I arrived the payment was taken from the card I used to secure the booking. I explained this to the lady on check in who just kept saying she needed to take payment on arrival. She then went and charged my card again, not asking how I would even like to pay. So I had now been charged twice. Luckily it was my credit card I used to secure the booking otherwise they would have taken my spending money. I will say however once she listened, the lady was really apologetic and helpful at getting me the money back. I did not receive the refund until I got home so it’s just really good job I did not intend to pay with a different card or I would have been left short on money for my holiday! Despite this I would stay again as I did enjoy my stay

Chambre très sympa, grande, confortable, propre. SDB bien pensée, juste la VMC très bruyante. Situation géographique un peu trop excentrée à mon goût, surtout qu'on est en haut d'une pente.

Hyvä mutta vaatimaton huoneisto-hotelli. Syrjässä vanhasta kaupungista, pari kilometriä enimmäkseen ylämäkeä. Omaan uimarantaan kulku jyrkkiä rappusia pitkin. Menisimme uudestaan.

Mooie accommodatie, hadden 2 geschakelde hotelkamers met gezamenlijk terras. Alles was te voet te doen, soms een Uber genomen. Strand vlakbij. Parkeren kost 10,00 per dag.

숙소는 아파트 형식이고 주변에 편의 시설이 없습니다. 주변이 공사중이라 케리어를 끌고 다니기에 다소 불편합니다. 수영할수 있는 해변이 가까이 있지만 가기전에 필요한 것들을 잘 준비해서 가야합니다. 오직 해변만 있습니다.

Chambre propre et confortable. L'accès à la plage se fait par une porte fermée à clé (ne pas oubliez de demander la clé). Mur pas épais (on entend ce qui se passe dans la chambre d'à côté). Présence de l'héliport pour les urgences de l'hôpital.
