"Nice room but daily servicing was lacking. Expected a fresh shower cap & shaving set but was not supplied after first arrival. They had shower gel, Shampoo and conditioner but no moisturiser which would be appreciated after a shave. Fridge was not very cold and could not supply ice. Excellent restaurant and good service."

"A beautiful hotel and the staff was excellent. We had a problem with a very loud neighbor and they moved us to another room that was actually an upgrade. The restaurant onsite is excellent as well."

"Location of this hotel is central with walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Hotel room is clean and fairly good value. Staff is nice and helpful. However, Invercargill is too depressing in winter. Will never come again "

"The room was very cleaned and spacious. We even had an in-room washer and dryer! That is very impressive. We didn’t choose breakfast because it was too expensive and we didn’t want big breakfast. But there are a lot of breakfast options nearby. There is a small problem of the shower in our room. The floor seems lower on the other side. The shower is half open (no door). Once water comes out, the entire bathroom floor, including the carpet right outside of the door, is wet. The next day, we were extremely careful when using the shower and it was OK. "
