East Haven on East Lake Okoboji is steps from the water and your own private dock. This fully renovated lakefront home sleeps up to 13 guests. Enjoy the beautiful lake views from the large deck with outdoor sectional, table for six and a new large pellet grill. Additional outdoor space on the lakeside paver patio with firepit is the perfect spot for late night smore-making. The interior of the home is setup with families in mind. Upon entering the home you are greeted with lake views in the living room kitchen space. The kitchen offers a kitchen island with solid surface countertops, full sized appliances, and all the comforts of home. The main level provides two bedrooms with queen sized beds and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The lower level offers a walk-out basement and additional sleeping spaces. The primary bedroom offers a king sized bed and attached bunk room. The bunk room has a full over full bunk bed and a twin trundle bed; sleeping five children or small adults. The lower level also has an additional full bathroom and living room with queen sofa bed and smart TV.
Explore the lakes area by car, bicycle or foot, being in the heart of all action. Spend all day at Arnolds Park Amusement Park and then stroll down Broadway Street for the taste of the local life. There you'll find diverse dining and live entertainment. Shop the Queens Court and Emporium Shopping Center. Walk the lit promenade to Orbitz Mini Donuts, Okoboji Burrito, and Tropical Snow Cones. Don't forget to hit the Saturday morning Farmers Markets; then the iconic Nutty Bar Stand or Pirate Jacks Bar at night before the live concerts on the greenspace...with fireworks! To ensure convenience and comfort, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as trash can liners, bathroom paper, a roll of paper towels, dish and hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, face bar soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above welcome pack, propane replacement, concierge and access to our Host Store. (Make arrangements for longer stays or if you think your group will need more than provided in the welcome pack) We also offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Need a pack n’ play or toddler cot, pack of bottled water, firewood, etc? These are available for a small additional fee on our Host Store and will be waiting in the home upon your arrival. Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
