"The online description was very accurate. Host responded promptly when I messaged using the website. The unit is well stocked with dishes, appliances, etc in the kitchen and shampoo, body wash, etc in the bathroom. It was a bonus to have a washer and dryer. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Bowen Island."

"Good check in instructions. Is a clean semi updated finished basement with its own separate side enterance. Enterance way like a hotel hallway, multiple rooms. Not sure would call our room a suite, had queen bed, 2 folding chairs, small desk, TV but no cable/orfree channels. The mattress was very hard, only get 1 pillow per person, our bathroom was detached in the hallway though, don't think was sharing with others. The kitchenette was down the hall for all to use. Off street small courtyard-like enclosed incline parking (4 spots) was tight getting in/and out with our small compact car. Not sure I'd stay again but if looking for simple place to sleep, fits the bill."

"This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for peace and quiet. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and we saw deer next to the deck almost every day of our trip. Both the bed and sofa bed were comfortable. We can't wait to return for another stay!"

"This was a great location-quiet and serene. The accommodation was clean and the covered porch with outdoor seating & eating space with a barbecue was a great bonus. The host was very attentive, including a welcome note, drink & a chocolate. The kitchen is equipped with everything. Peaceful spot!"

"Very nice and well-maintained apartment, very clean and with most amenities needed for a short or loved term stay. While it is advertised as pet-friendly, there are a lot of fragile fixtures and vinyl/leather furniture throughout the space, so you’ll need to be very careful. A major problem however is the internet, if you use a VPN you will not be able to connect, and if you use VoIP, the WiFi signal l will also disconnect. This is why the location lost a point, both my partner and I work remotely and we had lost a day of productivity and had to take meetings by phone. Reliable Internet is almost always a standard at any sort of short-term rental location, so beware."
