"This property is extremely unique! It’s incredibly serene, totally clean, and beautiful, the interior design is wonderful, amazing!! she’s wonderful at communicating with you, and guide you through the check-in process. She helped us book a boat ride we wanted to do, and she also organized dinner reservations and transportation for us. We had no rental car, so that was really helpful. We did not participate in any of the spa offerings, but that was only because we were only there two nights. We had the Maria suite, and had a whole yard to ourselves looking over Lake Orta… they have cocktail hour with food and breakfast in the morning. The whole experience was wonderful and yes, we would return someday. Lake Orta is unique in itself and absolutely heavenly…If you want a serene, beautiful experience, go here…."

"We loved our stay at Il Giardinetto. The hotel is beautiful and right on the lake. We had a room with a balcony and lake view and really enjoyed the beautiful view every day for our first cup of coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. All the staff were charming and very helpful. We spent the night before at a hotel close to Milan airport, as we were arriving in the evening and worried about delays. Hotel Il Giardinetto arranged a car to come and pick us up the next morning and bring us to Lake Orta, which we very much appreciated. We took advantage of the pedal boat and kayak available to rent, and also enjoyed taking the ferry, which conveniently calls at the hotel jetty twice a day. The breakfast is very good here, but the restaurant, which is open for lunch and dinner is superb. I highly recommend this hotel - we had such a peaceful and relaxing stay here and were sorry to leave"

"Great location for a lake-based holiday and close to a medium sized shop. Carolina was efficient and quick to act. The rooms were as advertised. The large balcony is wonderful and cooking/eating together was a high point of our holiday. The laundry area was easy to use and access. There were some huge rainstorms during our stay and the flat stayed dry. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean. The sofas are comfortable. We rented kayaks from Carolina which was great fun. We were left to ourselves to enjoy the flat, garden and area. There flat has its own entrance and with the gate you feel safe & secluded. There's free parking inside the gate in a covered area. You can move the single beds together to make a double bed in the twin rooms. The living room area is well-lit, airy and comfortable.Some points of improvement: We started off with a leaky dishwasher and a blocked bath (Carolina had them promptly fixed). The property doesn't have aircon and only 4 fans were provided so one room had to go without a fan, which was quite sweaty in August. The kitchen is stocked with utensils to cook for 9 except for oven tins, casserole dishes and sharp knives."

"What a perfect spot! The hotel is so perfectly located in Omegna. It is near the boat and the center of town. The staff were friendly and kind. we had a great room with a great view. Breakfast was served which was appreciated. The only little catch was that the internet did not work in the room. However, we went to the lobby where it worked perfectly, so it worked out. Can't say enough about how great our experiences in Omegna was at Croce Bianca."
