Disappointed that we didn’t have a paved walkway to our doorway - had to walk down a muddy path. Construction in nearby building impacted the neighboring building. Outside lighting at our building was not working."

"The hotel was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and soft. Probably the nicest hotel in Luray. The only problem we had was the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. The room thermostat was set to 68 and by morning the room temperature was up to 78. It got pretty stuffy in the room. Didn’t have the most comfortable sleep with it being that warm even though the bed was comfortable. "

"Excellent communication. Was informed ahead of time that the pool was closed and they were undergoing construction. Was concerned about that impact. When we arrived at the property, everything was in impeccable order. Yes the pool was closed, but we knew that going in. Excellent service, excellent breakfast."
