"This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room. The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. "We stayed two nights, It was a great location, quiet, away from the maddening crowd and with exceptional staff and service. Luisa made us quite welcome and introduced us to our room and facilities. "Stay in the hotel was nice, we stayed two nights. Overall the service was great and staff was helpful. However the staff has very limited English skills, so the communication was fairly limited. The breakfast was a bit disappointing as the savory choices available were very limited, and just mainly sweet things were there. Also, when they ran out no-one brought more of them. So just a note, don’t go for late breakfast or might be that all has ran out. 😔"

"We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year."
