"We had another apartment booked, but 4 days before our holiday it became unavailable due to maintenance issues so we had alternative accommodation offered. On arrival there was beer bottles and rubbish all over the car park entrance. For 3 people in 2 bedrooms we had 1 coat hanger, we had iron but not ironing board, not hot water between 6pm and 8pm sometimes up to 9pm (probably used out by others in the building). "We had a great stay in Twyford! We visited Winchester (took the bus in from the end of the lane), Portsmouth, Chawton House, and Stourhead Gardens. It was a great, central location for our trip. Such a lovely, rural location, yet super easy to get into the city by the bus."
