"We were are group of 7 women celebrating our 65th birthdays. We had all known each other since elementary school, most of us since kindergarten! The house was perfect. Lots of room, comfortable, and a great kitchen! The hot tub was fantastic but we did wish that the deck surrounding it was larger. Stepping around it was very precarious! We had a problem with the grill. It had not been cleaned and caught fire! Our host addressed it promptly and professionally which was appreciated. The garbage collection could use a pressure cleaning! Would definitely stay there again!"

"I live in Bend. When I have company, this is where I have them stay. It's a local's secret. They have a great restaurant with an awesome happy hour and breakfast. It's on the river and you can get a room with a fire pit on the balcony. Much better priced than the hotels in the Old Mill or downtown."

"The host was great on answering any questions I had. Good communication. The house was very clean plenty of . rooms. We had 11 people and had a great time celebrating our sisters 70th birthday. The memories and family is very important to us."

"The condo was very comfortable. The general area is very relaxing. There’s a lot to do there and it takes a little time To figure it all out. We were not aware that renting in “The Pines” is different from the main Sunriver resort. There are some amenities that you don’t have access to, so make sure you are aware of what facilities you won’t be able to access. The rental comes with 2 beach cruisers which were great for exploring and getting around the complex."
