"I loved the view from my room. The room wasn’t totally clean, there was a hair pin in the bathroom and the tub wasn’t fully cleaned. When I asked for my room to be cleaned they did it immediately. The island grill wasn’t that good but Rosie’s cafe and the oyster bar was good"

"The unit was fantastic, and the price was incredibly reasonable for what you received!We were so grateful for the parking spot right in front of the door; it made unloading our bags and dogs super easy. Tori was very helpful, and their instructions were easy to follow. I also appreciated their quick responses while we were traveling and their check-in with us halfway through to make sure everything was going well.The unit was nicely arranged, and I managed to set up two dog kennels without feeling cramped. One of them is a large kennel for a husky mix, which is quite an achievement in my own apartment! The furniture was comfortable for relaxing when we weren’t out and about, and having a washer and dryer available (with detergent included!) was a huge help when we had some food-related mishaps while eating out. The fully stocked kitchen was also a huge plus, making it easy to eat leftovers with plates, forks, and everything else readily available.I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance, especially if you’re traveling with pets!"

"A little pricey but definitely OK for an overnight stay. Staff was accommodating gave us bottom floor no Questions ask. Also no trouble getting in and out of the facility. Microwave, refrigerator and ice cold AC. Beds comfy no critters."

"This place was awesome! We came to Reno to visit my brother and had our eight month old baby with us. We wanted a place that was walkable and quiet and that’s exactly what we got with this property.The check-in process was very easy and the house was clearly professionally cleaned, which is always nice when you have a baby that is hanging out on the floor. There were plenty of extra towels and pillows and the essentials that we needed in the kitchen. The Internet was also super fast and when I initially had issues connecting, it was easy to get in touch with the host.The only issue that arose was that the air-conditioning was not working in the morning and the host sent out a Property Manager within 30 minutes and he fixed the issue.It was also very nice to be able to take just a few steps out to the 2 mile walking path around the lake! Everything you need is right there including a target and a nice small to walk around."

"We were visiting relatives in Sparks and this was a perfect base of operations. We liked the fact that it was away from Downtown Reno yet, via the freeways, we were not far from any of the attractions that we did go to.Also, this home was quite close to the shopping, dining, entertainment areas of Sparks itself.We would definitely stay here again if available."
