"When we got there I quickly understood it was not a traditional hotel. It had no lobby, or someone that can help you with any issues. The “hotel” connect with residential apartments. "Huge, immaculate rooms, lovely old lobby, and wonderful pool area."

"Room was very nice. Clean. Amenities were fantastic. Location excellent and staff courteous and professional."

"No way to describe the horrific experience we had checking in when we arrived. Had no idea there would be no front desk or direct contact with a human."
