"The garden themed accommodations were clean and cheerful. There were common areas in the kitchen, living room and sunroom. The sunroom had plenty of space with seating for my family of six whilst overlooking the Hudson and New York skyline. This is where we spent most of our time together in the space. Someone called me by phone and sent me another address that was further away and not very comfortable, I didn't have toilet paper, I didn't have towels to take a bath, I didn't have a bathtub cover, check in was at 4:00 pm and I They let them enter the place at 6:35 pm, the room had no light and I spoke to the representative and told him why I was uncomfortable and they never gave me a solution, the guy just made fun of me."
