"Fantastic hotel and service "

"Loved my stay, staff friendly and helpful. Easy to travel around city as metro and bus right outside hotel. Only thing could be improved upon is having coffee, tea etc in the room. Some was available at reception but nothing there for a few days other than that this is an excellent hotel."

"We were visiting friends and wanted a place near their home. This was a great location so close to the tram that we could either walk to their house and feel like a local at the surrounding shops and cafes or jump on a tram and be in the heart of Amsterdam in 10-15 minutes. We always love staying away from the crowd and this was awesome. The chef prepared Dutch pancakes for me as well even though he was only making American pancakes. Great infused waters and a nice buffet. All around great experience sitting in their lobby area looking at the beautiful view from the 8th floor."

"Loved staying here! You get a little plug socket by your bed with usb plugs which is fantastic! The staff were super friendly & the vibe of the whole place is chill. Didn’t realise they had two separate buildings either! Would’ve loved if the bathroom&toilets were cleaned each day as I saw the same marks as when I had arrived. I ended up cleaning it myself as I carried my own cleaning products, but if I hadn’t, this would’ve been nice! Overall, a great stay, lovely lockers to hold my bags & ones to hold after check out. Loved staying there! "

"We weren’t too sure about the idea of a hotel in a shopping mall beforehand, but it turned out brilliantly. For starters, only a few yards/meters from the central station, itself only an easy train ride from Amsterdam Schiphol airport. Hotel free breakfast buffet was outstanding, room was secure and private. Staff were comfortably multilingual. Shopping mall includes a supermarket 90 seconds away. Leaving the mall means stepping straight into the old town and the wonderful canal boat tour is right there from the mall, or only 2 minutes to an alternate dock. Tip: make sure you have a Hilton Honors membership. We got a free early check-in at 12.30 pm, made a massive difference after an overnight flight from Houston."
