On the downside, it's located away from Amsterdam Central. However, the metro station is conveniently right across the street. The surrounding area is somewhat dry, primarily consisting of industries and other hotels. For nightlife and hangout spots, you'll need to head to the central area, which is a bit far from the hotel."
