"The general manager was helpful, but later on in the night when my wife asked for more towels, whoever was on staff that night told her she had to come to the lobby and get the towels herself. And when the staff member gave my wife her towels, they told her that the towels might have hair on them because they were just blow drying their hair back there. All I can say is that it’s hard to get good workers nowadays. But besides the couch being a little dirty it was ok. The bed sheets and bathroom were clean, so that’s all that mattered at the end of the day. "

"Do not stay here elevator doesn't work but they don't tell you this till after you pay and they put you on the 4rh floor. Management and staff very rude and unhelpful."

"Room wasn’t cleaned the entire stay even though I requested it multiple times. When I spoke with the manager her said they are in the process of new ownership and the new owner is unable to be reached as he is out of the country so he is sorry but there is nothing they can do to rectify"

"The room did its job we slept and showered. You can tell it’s an older hotel, holes in the doors broken toilet cover lamps and blow dryer barely hanging on to the wall. The pictures posted online are really nice but in person it’s different. The front office gentleman was very nice and welcoming on the plus side. "

"Beautiful home in a great location. Nice walk to the Garden of the Gods & close to many area attractions. We took the opportunity to do some great stargazing a short walk from the house. Our host communicated with us & was responsive. Would love to stay here again next time we make it to the Colorado Springs area."
