The day we were checking out, there was no power. No fault of the hotel, it sounded like the entire town was without power - but we had to carry luggage down from the top floor. We recommend bright lights in the stairwells. There was none. Or if there was. It wasn’t working. There should be emergency lighting.
Because of the lights being out, there was no breakfast or no kind of voucher offered. Maybe it just was a lot for the staff and overwhelmed them, not knowing what to do and they didn’t think of still making return customers happy.
Besides that - if we were ever in the area again, we would still stay there."
