"This was an adequate accommodation for us for our stay. About equidistant from Naples and Marco Island, it provided good access to both. The decoration was IKEA-vintage in my view. Two complaints - although there were three tv’s in the unit, the one in the main bedroom was not functional. Also, on the morning after check in we were awakened early by a workman who told us to move our car from the parking lot for a resurfacing project. The parking was not available to us. We expressed annoyance...

"The staff was great, very friendly. Wonderful pool. The continental breakfast was simple, to-go style, but served in a really nice setting away from the main building. Newer AC unit was not too noisy, and we got a good night sleep."

"The rooms can use new AC units as the rooms smelled due to water leaking I’m from the unties onto the floor. One of our rooms smelled bad. The showers have been updated but do not keep the water in the shower and leak onto the bathroom flooding which can cause a slip and fall."
