"The Hotel facilities in general are very good and the reception staff are very friendly. The only problem is that the person who works in the Hotel bar decided on his own to close the bar yesterday Saturday and not provide us with service before the established time. It was only 9pm when we went to the bar, which had no customers at that time and he said he wouldn't serve and closed the bar."

"I hate the new check in kiosk. I also called the “front desk” for info after reading they have “someone on duty 24 hours” and got the same foreign kiosk person which I guess is fine and I did get y questions answered it just feels very cheap and impersonal. The hotel was super clean with maid service daily and otherwise perfectly suited my needs. "
