"Perfect for our visit to our children and grand children. The lake is across the street with the marina next door. Rented a pontoon boat, at a discounted rate for beautiful day with the kids. Minor problem getting in initially, but resolved by Jeanne quickly. Note that this is a renovated lake residence which has a second story rental which can get a bit noisy and the bathroom is in the rear of the house with the bedroom in the front. Overall will be returning in the future."

"We had a great time at Highland Lake. The apartment was so comfortable, and larger than I would have thought from the description. It was convenient to town - the teens loved access to DQ, pizza shops, etc just a few minutes away. There were kayaks and a paddleboat we could borrow, which I somehow missed in the description - nice pluses! The lake access from the dock was perfect. "My husband and I stayed here during Lime Rock Parks Memorial Day weekend. It was perfect. Lovely location, great communication and easy check in. Bedding and towels were clean and soft. Kitchen had all you needed for basic meals. Nice Keurig coffee maker and pods:) Folks were friendly and we loved Avery the pooch. Did I mention the wild turkey’s? We recommend Dugway!"

"This was the perfect spot for a little getaway. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and so tastefully decorated. And the location was so peaceful and beautiful. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, with a beautiful sweeping grassy hill and lovely pond to walk around. The checkin was super easy and the host communicated with me well."
