"Great property.. incredible views from our patio. Breakfast was great too. Only (very) small concern was the shower in our unit did not have a head high hook. Only a hand held shower head. But don’t let stop you staying here… the views alone are worth the stay. "

"When you check-in to this comfortable little hotel with an Italian flair, the lovely and endlessly helpful Bianca will be waiting for you. Let me just say it straight out - she is GREAT! Very welcoming and no problem is too difficult for her. She gets everything set-up quickly, is full of information that she is ready and eager to share to make your stay more pleasant, and she solves any issue one might have with efficiency and a smile. My wife and I happened to arrive with a potentially huge problem, and Bianca fixed it in literally 5 minutes. We are so grateful to her. Additionally, her colleague, a young man also working Reception, seemed like a friendly person, too, who was eager to help. We didn’t get to interact with him too much, but when we did, he was very accommodating, as well. So upon arrival, before we even saw the room, we were already satisfied and happy. The room was comfortable with a stove and refrigerator, which we didn’t expect, the bathroom was big enough, and there was even a little balcony (we didn’t use it, though - too cold outside). So we were pleased and do recommend this hotel. Bon voyage!"

"This is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Compared to other places in Zermatt, this one was very affordable given the great quality and amenities. Five minute walk from the train station, great dining options right inside the hotel, and very friendly/helpful staff. Room was so clean and modern, loved the rainfall shower. "
