The hotel decor was upscale and modern, the bed was super comfortable, the concierges were really friendly (and checking in and out was easy), the pool was an awesome perk, and it was convenient being able to buy drinks in the little store located in the lobby. It was also near Canada's Wonderland (a $12 Uber ride), and there is a huge shopping mall across the street. Literally the only thing I would change is the addition of a microwave in the room. "very nice - connected to a Starbucks and a mall with an LCBO close. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the outdoor area near the pool. Great hotel! "

"The property itself was lovely and I would gladly go again to another, cleaner room. Everywhere I looked, I found hair. Upon walking into the bathroom I found a long black hair on the edge of the tub. Closer inspection showed different hair in the tub, on the bed and under the bedsheets, and after briefly setting something down on the couch, I found brown and blonde hairs of varying length. If all that was missed, what did they actually clean? "
