"The hotel is very clean and the staff are all very nice. Good choice of breakfast. It's about 25 min drive from Lin airport. So you need a taxi to get to the hotel which cost around 40 euros. The bus is across the street which will take you to metro station, etc. If you get ATM Milano app, you can purchase daily, 3 days or monthly pass only for Milan which gives you access to all the trams, busses and metros. If you are going to the other cities, you can easily take a metro to go to the centra...

"A few things. We stayed for two nights. The rooms are alright - as shown in photos. Nothing was wrong with the room, it's just everything else that's out of touch with this hotel. You have to leave a security deposit in cash (since they don't do holds on credit card). The closest ATM is about 900m away although the area is really sketchy so walking at 11pm hunting for a working ATM wasn't the greatest. You have a kitchenette but it's 50Euros to use it. There's no breakfast although it's...

"Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us."

"They only gave you one card for room. Without card in recepticle you couldn't have power in room. You also were requiered to leave your key card with front desk when you left. They also dont speek good english so don't understand your requests."

"One very rude lady on the reception desk who was in a debate with us whether to let us have a cot in our room for our 1 year old boy. No separate place in our room for cot so our son shared the room with us whilst he was asleep of course we had to be very quiet."

"The lady at reception was nice and helpful but when we arrived to the hotel we were told that it was fully booked and they didn't know why we where able to book. We were offered a very dated and noise (a water heater for the full flat in the room) room in an block of flats across the road with no Internet. And we were still charged the full price we paid for a 4 start hotel!!!"
