"Entry code provided for main entrance did not work. I spoke to 2 other guests who had the same problem and had to contact the manager, who took 2 hours to get back to them. Manager never responded to my email which was listed on check in material as primary method of contact. Thankfully the code to our individual apartment worked but to get into the building we had to wait outside until someone else left the building. "
