The room was ice cold and the floors where uncomfortably cold. It took hours for the heat in the room to get it to a bearable level. The tile floor at the entrance and bathroom never warmed. "Arrived at 11:00 but no one was at the front. We waited no one came. We waited finally a young fellow came. He had either been sleeping or was hung over. The towels are all stained the duvet was. Really dirty on the edges. Do not stay here"
