"This was the first time for our family staying at the Microtel. When we entered there were cookies and chips available for the kids with the name of their sports team on the counter. We stay at alot of hotels between soccer and dance and we have never seen this offer. The Guest Services staff at checkin were super friendly and when we realized our room would allow for a queen blow up the staff came through with extra pillows and blankets to ensure we were comfortable.
