"I enjoyed the Hyatt Regency Houston West! I was there for work and they made it so easy to check in/check out. It is in a good location and the food/drinks at the restaurant and bar were good. I did have a small issue with the water in my room at 11pm my first night and they addressed it immediately and even gave me a voucher for breakfast in the morning which was so nice of them. and of course feeding the koi fish was so fun. I will be back"

"The area was not to bad . Just wished the room was a little bit cleaner . It smell like someone left a wet towel through the night . Also you have very small hard pillows. You should feel more comfortable but it was ok. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. "

"Loved the location, the amenities (pool, gym, patio with bar), and the room. Staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet is mid, but I assume the actual menu items taste better. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Parking in the garage was $20 a day."

"Very nice property and rooms were great. It was a good visit back to Houston and close to the Stadium to watch the Astros. Parking was the only thing that the information could have been more open getting the parking pass to leave and return from the property. Other than that snaffu our stay was great with no issues. Thanks for clean rooms and the warm cookies."

"Excellent bar - great espresso martini. Classy hotel all the way around. Had a great corner room with excellent views. Only problem was very loud noise from some kind of concert across from the Galvez in an open lot. Lasted until 1am then started again around 9am Saturday morning - it was an annoyance."

"Room was very outdated. Minor repairs could be done to improve appearance such as fresh paint and adding fresh scent to room. Didn’t smell fresh or truly feel like a deep clean. "
