"This spot was perfect for our weekend getaway. Clean and comfortable, it provided us a comfortable spot to get some work done in-between the events we were attending. Host was very responsive to contact when we arrived and checkin/out was smooth and simple. Would definitely stay again!"

"The property is centrally located on Commercial Street! If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs because it can be a little loud at night. I wasn’t bothered by the noise, but some may be. The apartment is so spacious and has everything you would need. There’s plenty of seating. The beds are comfortable. I have sensitive skin and the sheets are so soft! I will stay here every time I come to PTown if it’s available!"

"The apartment was spotless! Open and airy. The host left excellent instructions, and a phone number if needed. We did and he responded immediately and problem resolved. I have only one suggestion. You need more than one mirror It’s located in the bathroom. Need another either in hall or bedroom I would recommend this apartment to anyone"

"This was a lovely rental. The space was very sophiscated with antique furnishings and beautifully painted walls. It was super clean. The space is a lot bigger then you’ll see in the listing. It sits on an estuary with lovely birds, bunnies, chipmunks, and the occasional black kitty. Lloyd the owner lives above the unit and is so gracious, respectful, and sweet. The bathroom has a tiled walk in shower and a spacious soaking tub. It’s a very quiet space with only the sounds of nature. I have to...

"Some of the windows blinds are broken, kitchen cabinets drawers don't open or close properly, and the kitchen stove fan handle is broken. The apartment doesn't have any iron , i communicate with the agent she directed me to fewer places to look for it and after that, she never got back to me. Overall, i enjoyed staying with the family. i had a great time."

"The apartment is extremely well appointed; has everything you need to be away from home and comfortable. The only glitch was VRBO; this property was advertised on Expedia and linked to VRBO. VRBO did not send us the information packet prior to check-in so we didn't have the door code. Fortunately it is a condo and a board member stepped up to get us in touch with owner. Owner was very responsive! It was VRBO that dropped the ball."

"My stay at this location was absolutely delightful. Enjoyed walks along Commercial Street with my dog, biking in the dunes, a rainy night in curled up with the dog and a book. It was the perfect fall getaway. Hope to return next year. 😃"

"Perfect location. Loved being out of town in a neighborhood but still walkable to town. lots of restaurants and a little market within a short walk. Beach was just down the short sandy path. It really was a perfect stay."

"Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it."

"This is a nice location, with clean rooms. There is a murphy bed, which honestly was very comfortable, and it was nice to be able to fold it away. The room was very spacious and clean, and it is definitely a benefit to have a mini kitchen in the room. The kitchen is fully equipped to be able to make breakfast (stove, pans, coffee machine, microwave). We stayed in May which for us was great as the whole place was quiet and relaxed"
