Incredible stay!

We had an amazing weekend here! The home is beautifully designed, spacious, and clean. The backyard is private with plenty of seating, and the pathway to the beach is very convenient. The host Neil is responsive and friendly. Can absolutely recommend to stay here and can't wait to return in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. There is so much room to spread out. The location is great. We took the trail and walked about 5 minutes to the beach which was beautiful. The neighborhood is so cute. The house is located near the grocery store and restaurants. It's a short drive to Hyannis. Neil, our host, responds very quickly when corresponding. I would highly recommend this home to others.

Fabulous Property! Comfortable beds. Great location.

We had 12 adults ages 26-74. We loved this property. we went to the beach (8 min drive) and used the beach chairs provided. The amenities we loved were the sunroom, the outdoor fire pit, the Blackstone griddle and also the gas grill, the outdoor shower, the comfortable sofas, the charging stations for all of our devices, the small but well stocked kitchen, the ample parking, the list goes on and on. We are definitely coming back for another vacation of filled with wonderful memories.

Great House for Groups!

We really enjoyed our stay here, and this house perfectly accommodated our group of ten! Plenty of open spaces for gathering, specifically the sun room with its huge table, and the outdoor space was perfect for playing some yard games. Everything was clean and comfortable and the walk to the beach was as easy as advertised! We would definitely look to stay here again if back in the area.

Great house next to beach

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. There are 2 nicely decorated living rooms plus a big sun-room with a large dining table. The yard is large and has a fire pit, which was a treat for the kids. And it's only a short walk to the beach through the parking lot! Thanks for sharing your home with us!
